A molecule already present
Hyaluronic acid contributes to tissue hydration. Levels decline over time and the skin changes, but this alone does not explain every fold, loss of volume or change in tissue support. Injecting it cannot therefore return the face to an earlier point in time.
Gels that do not do the same work
A firm gel can support a contour. A soft gel can follow a lip or a mobile area. A very fluid product, placed near the surface, aims at surface skin quality. Calling them all “hyaluronic acid” is accurate and insufficient.

Is volume needed, or nothing? Which area can carry the product without weighing on expression? Which gel, among those actually available in the practice, matches that answer? The brand is not published here. It should be named in the room where the decision is made.
